Our group spa party experiences are the perfect blend of pampering and fun in a tranquil, relaxing space. A dedicated Group Coordinator will ensure your spa gathering is exceptional in every way — from seamless scheduling of appointments all the way through to your after spa afterglow.

SPA RENTAL FOR PRIVATE EVENTS

Interested in a private event at  Solitude Spa? 

 Rent out the entire spa or event room for a completely custom, private experience for your guests.

Event Room: $50 per hour- 2 hour minimum. 

Entire Spa (no services)  $200 per hour

*Additional cleaning fee not included

Group and Events Q and A

CAN I BRING REFRESHMENTS TO MY GROUP GATHERING?

If you book a Private Spa Party, you may bring champagne, wine and other foods to your spa party. Finger foods like fruit, cheese and desserts are some popular choices. Solitude Spa will provide glassware. We ask that you provide ice, silverware, plates and napkins, if you require them. Sorry, no outside food or drink for group gatherings that are not renting out the entire spa.

 

WILL THERE BE OTHER CLIENTS IN THE SPA DURING MY PARTY?

Our Relaxation rooms and bonus rooms are  available for spa party guests to utilize  during and after spa services. To assure there is adequate space for everyone, we ask that parties of 4 or more book as a private party. 

 If you do not book entire spa, there may be other spa-goers in the areas as well. 

 If another spa party is scheduled directly after yours, our front desk staff will ask your party to move up to the front waiting area once your guests have finished receiving all of their services.

All guests should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to appointment times. New guests will be required to fill out a short intake form. We will email all forms to the spa party organizer to expedite this process – please have these filled out and bring them in with you.

If you have not booked a private party, we ask that you are mindful of your party’s noise level. There may be  other clients are enjoying spa treatments in adjacent treatment rooms. We respectfully ask to keep your voices down so as not to disrupt other client’s spa experiences.

 

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL?

If you need to cancel, you must do so one week (7 days) prior to the date of your spa party.

Appointment modifications and group guest list changes must also be made one week (7 days) prior to the date of your event. Please notify us as far in advance as possible to help ensure that each of your guests can receive the treatments they would like.  Changes to appointments cannot be made on the day of your spa party due to room and staff availability.

Group gatherings must be reserved with a credit card provided by the spa party organizer. The credit card on file will be charged if there is a last minute cancellation or a no-show by any spa party guest. 

All cancellations made less than one week prior to the spa party date will be charged for the full price of the service.

 

CAN I RENT THE ENTIRE SPACE?

Absolutely! We offer the option of renting out the entire spa so that your party can be completely private and ensure that no other guests – other than those in your party – will be in the Relaxation Room or in the spa receiving services.  Plus, you’ll be able to choose the music, can offer a wider variety of refreshments, and have complete control over the noise level. Pricing for Private VIP Parties is based on the length of time of your party, types or services requested,  and the day of the week your event is scheduled. 

 

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY PARTY OR EVENT?

A nonrefundable $50 per person fee is charged at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is due one week before party.  

. Please note that an 20% gratuity based on entire party total will automatically be added to total when there are 4 or more guests. 

Any cancellations or changes need to be done 1-week before the group spa day, so we may adjust the final payment to reflect the correct charges. Any cancellations that are done within the 1-week cancellation policy are nonrefundable.
